Project Information

This is the best pic of the setup I have now of the sander,tablesaw/router stand I have. I will get more better pics when I get a chance. So far this works well for me in my shop since my space is limited. The whole thing is mounted but a 1" thick plywood bolted to the stand then my machines are bolted to the plywood and I made stablelizing braces for the router table to keep it from vibrating so bad. The sander is bolted just to the plywood, the tablesaw and router are connected by bolts. Any other questions just ask an I wil answer as soon as I can.

Nice set up Warren!
Sometimes when when I'm in my shop and I need to improvise a little to accommodate my limited work space I always seem to overlook the "safety factor". It's nice to see your set up here and I bet it works well for you. Good job!
Please make sure that vibrating problem gets resolved before you get underway with your next project.

Putting major tools inline is a good idea for workflow. Most of us here have limited space. Things like rolling bases and router table wings on table saws are great. You went the extra, the tri-fecta! Get rid of the vib's then take some scrap ply and fashion a fence that can be clamped to the TS, no more worries!
My jointer is in line with my TS, works well for me.
