The first few pics are of a mesquite goblet I turn a little while back. Pulled this piece out of the firewood pile. It is about 6” tall and 2 3/4” in diameter. Finished with mineral oil. It holds about 3oz.
The second set of pics is of an olive shot glass. This was just a scrap piece I had lying around. It is 3’ tall and 1 7/8” in diaeter. Finished with mineral oil and holds 1oz. So really this is only a pony shot not a full shot.

I like your turnings better than mine. Very beautiful – you’re right, mesquite turns quite well. And olive is just a beautiful wood, end of story. Very good job.
