these are extremely unique..I cannot see the detail of your joinery, but it looks very interesting. I rather like these “outside the box” stools.

Looks so silky smooth I would love to touch the legs and feel the joints. Sam Maloof always said that was one of the highest compliments someone could say to him about his work which is equally smooth looking.

Looks like half lap on the legs, beautiful job, very natural looking and yes they do look touchable! LOL Did you have any trouble getting the two tones of the poplar to match, sometimes the poplar I have seen and used have green streaks..
