These are my early scrollsaw learning projects, I did these about 4 years ago. Wood is poplar that I milled, no finish.

Love the Wings! I grew up in Mowtown, I havent been there inyrs but still love them. Nice work, you happen to have the wings pattern?

smoke, oh yeah, even with the crummy economy I’ll never leave michigan. The wife’s family is here and we have jobs, and I like the change of the seasons and forest. If I could move anywhere I wanted it would be eastern TN.

Good stuff! I grew up in the lakes area just Northwest of Detroit for my first 33 years so they are my teams too! I made these same things out of metal ( I work with metal for a living, wood just for fun! ) a couple years ago along with the Lions and U of M logos. I guess I need to make some out of wood as well!
