First one is walnut and curly maple,2nd is quatersawn oak and walnut.Finish is 2 coats of danish oil and 1 quick spray of deft gloss from spray can, pic does not show how well finish turned out.size is 1/2 inch thick, and 1 and 3/4 inch squares.a Have to find a way to get frames around next ones, not sure of wood movement and corners cracking.

Nice work, Lewis. I’d love to make something like that, but my table saw won’t cooperate with repeat aor accurate cuts without some major tuning up . . someday. Well done, Lewis.
