This is a dog sled I build with my son and his scout troop when he was younger, for a Klondike derby it was a lot fun, I have build a canoe and sea kayaks with them also I just can’t find the pictures right now. these scout were 11 years old and they got a lot of attention when they show up with this sled, I did all the bending in jigs and ran the power tools but they did a lot the work like assembling, and the finishing.

This is a nice piece and it is wonderful that you get the guys involved in the project as well. It sure beats sitting in front of an Xbox all day.

its all ash. The runners and bridge was strip bent in a jig using epoxies.
