I made this for my father in law for Christmas this year; it was a fun project and he seemed to really like the fact that everyone including my wife and 3 kids all chipped in to do some sanding or cutting to make it for him. I still have a lot to learn about finishing but overall it came out nice and he loved it. We recessed a brass inlay that said “From your family with love” in Italian on the back and bought him a matching Rosary… Since he’s full blooded Italian and very religious we all felt this would be a perfect gift for him.

A very nice gift for a loved one. Looks like you and your family did fine job making the gift. Well done.

Excellent work and even better sentiment from the entire family. This will be cherished for the rest of his life. Good work, keep it up.
