Your art is so good you ought to be teaching. I hope you are mentoring somebody from the next generation. What you have learned about “feeling the wood” shouldn’t be lost.

Pretty neat! I like the way the grain of the wood looks, almost like a tribal tatoo in some of the pictures.

I’ll tell you one thing. I like this carving very much. She looks like she is in deep thought and it’s a very moving expression to me. Congratulations.
