That is crystal clear! This is a really idea – using the Incra fixture is always hit or miss…....I’ll add this to the list….Thanks!

I own an Incra Jig and have used it often
I have a ton of questions about the design which looks fantastic..
why two ends?
how far off the table or the router blade is the sled?
what holds the sled fast to the side? my trouble has been just that..
thanks for your exlplanation.

abie , one-way back from the edge of the thickness of the step, which allows me orentirovatsya only one line (red or blue) and a smaller number of clicks.
Besides, I can in one pass at once to fix the workpiece, at least 2 boxes.
also more convenient to make spikes on the longer and high detail.

Very nice idea! My self-made fixture is somewhere in between yours and the original, but I like your jig much better!

Just one question—why seemingly the same setup on both sides?

That has to be the most precise and complicated router fence I’ve ever seen. I guess I’m not using my router to it’s full potential since I can’t even figure out what the jig is used for…

Wow!!!

EarlS – take a look here: http://www.incrementaltools.com/INCRA_LS_Super_System_17_Range_p/ls17wfncsys.htm

It’s a positioner – quite a different animal compared to traditional fences. The fence itself can be more or less complicated, but it’s the positioning system that makes it very different.

Cyril, thank you!
The fact is that the parts one by one and the other side stand with smeschscheniem thickness step. that is, the distance from the stop package of blank on one side of a 6 mm (the width of the spine), this allows me to pin and eyelet at once! on one line (only needs to choose which color lines you like and remove the positioner only those risks of the same color), I need only flip the template.
Plus I can hold stock of greater length and height. mount is a more rigid!
I did not try much to try, as in the video clip shown, I have not worked. apparently persistent need years of training))) I’m not going to use the original carriage INCRA, hang it on the nail)
Well, how could-explained ..
