This chubby little guy is handcarved from basswood in one piece, then the head was cut off then turned a little to look more natural. I like to give my birds an action pose. Has glass eyes, and several coats satin varnish. Painted with acrylics. He goes 11” long x 6” wide x 5” high. Cute little guy. Brrrr! Makes me think cold.

I have checked your site before. You are also quite talented. I really like your planter with the pierced carving. The rest of your stuff looks like it would go 100 years at least. Well made.
