These are a set of Maple and Cherry Bowls that I turned for a friend. There will be two matching platters to go with them. It’s official, I’m addicted to the lathe!

Update: Finished the platters to match the bowls and finished them all with Mike Mahoney’s Walnut Oil.

Very nice. Just wait – the addiction becomes a habit. Then the tool / garden shed turns into a wood shed. My wife now refers to all my friends as my “wood pimps”, as they are always looking out for random pieces of lumber along the road, park, somebody’s front yard, etc.
