Right: Cutting board I glued up in the wrong order and ended up on my counter.

Welcome to Lumberjocks and welcome especially to the dark side of right angles. I like your boards, especially the smaller of the two.

Thanks, The larger of the two was my first square project, and the smaller one is actually a set of two. One went to my brother and the other to my parents for Christmas.

Great Start! the woods used are really nice.

Occurs to me that one of these days, people are going to get smart at Christmas and check on LJ to see what Santa might be working on!

Jaykaypur,

I would recomend it. If you have any wood working experience, it should be really easy. I had a tough time because of the tools and what not, but I was able to make some decent boards in the end. I would also check out thewoodwhisperer’s video. Click HERE
