Based on a similar sign that is hung on my manager’s door, I’ve made this one for a good friend. I leave a spot in the center for him to add his name and title or a message to personalize his sign.

Hi Chuck. Seeing this one gave me the idea on making one for my youngest daughter who recently was promoted to a one year assignment as manager. I think she would be trilled to have one of these!

Congrats to “R-” and best wishes to her…one-year assignments often turn into permanent assignments. Sign and date the piece that you’re going to make for her and years later, after she becomes one of the executives with her own corner office, she’ll smile, knowing that the sign you give her is the secret weapon that gets her up there!
