The wife wanted a small table for the grandkids to fit at the end of the island in the kitchen. She wanted to kind of match the kitchen table. I had some scrap pieces of oak and this was the results. I want to give a BIG thank you to Roger in Kentucky for the information he provided from the table he built. It was a huge help. It was finished with tung oil and several coats of wipe on poly. It turned out great and the Grandkids love it. But not as much as Grandma’s Jelly Toast. One of my favorites.

Ahhhh, there’s another project to add to my granddaughter’s to-do list, right after I build her high chair. Nice set John…..

Very nice and a comfy height for the kids. Beats having your feet dangling all the time right?
