A few of the pens from the end of 2011.

1. Gold Jr. Gent II Rollerball – Spalted Maple Burl caps cast in two-color aluminite by Eugenio Soto (Amalgamutt Blank)
2. Gold Virage – Double Dyed Stablized Spalted Texas Elm (blank by TurnTex)
3. Gold Sierra Vista – Orange Circuitboard
4. Deer Antler on Nickel 30-06 Cartridge with real Bullet for nib.

pen is spectacular. just ordered 2 amalgam mutt pen blanks in green/burlcap. if they come out half as good as yours, i will be happy.

Eugenio makes some great blanks. This one was some of a package of burl pieces I mailed him to cast for me.

Suggestion: Use a very sharp skew with really light touch. You may need a little thin CA, if wood has any soft spots. Hope you post some pics of you pens.
