This is a cloths hamper cabinet I built for the wife. It has room for two cloths baskets on each side of the drawers. I put the full length drawer slides on it so it would open all the way for ease of reaching clothes.

The top was finished with regular Polyurethane and the bottom & drawers she used the water based polyurethane. That’s the reason for the diff in color. I built this several months ago and at the time we didn’t know about the water base poly. I learned about it here. Good site to learn from if I can just retain it.

My problem is I gota real good memory but it’s just to short.

Thanks guys. The wife really likes it. Gets rid of several cloths baskets strew around the BR plus gives her a folding table. I also made the small shelf above it for her to put the detergents etc on.

Just a point of interest her mom & my mom live with us and are both wheelchair bound and she was having to tote baskets of cloths from front of house to our BR where the W/D are located. I was in HD one day and saw a metal 4w cart which I bought for her. Makes it easier now as she can put 2-3 baskets on it at the time for transport. You can see a part of it in the first pic.
