The first bowl is from a maple I found cut down on Lake Winds Golf course. The second is from a river birch tree that was cut down around the Washington Duke Golf course.

Both are finished with Minwax Tung oil finish.

Did you turn them green or did you let ‘em dry out first?

Green to about 7/8”, then let sit for a year or so (probably could have finished them sooner).
