My first serious woodworking from 3 years ago. Band Saw Boxes in order of making:

Picture 1 and 2: Nice cherry box with epoxy inlay of coin, key and golf tee for my dresser. Worked out way better than I dreamed. Beautiful natural finish I feel in love with and have always done natural wood since.

Picture 3 and 4: Cherry pencil box and matching coaster with inlays for my wife’s desk.

picture 5 and 6: Walnut nesting boxes. The knot goes all the way through. The

Had fun learning to use band saw and how to do inlays. Band saw was my first Power tool.

Nice pieces. But, I have to ask – is that “From my band saw box period” as in it was (and possibly is) ongoing or should it be “From my band saw, box, period” as in nope-that’s-it-I’m-done-not-gonna-go-there-again?

The comma makes a fine difference between “Let’s eat, Grandpa!” and “Let’s eat Grandpa!” :)
