This Laser-Cut “Star Spangled Cigar Pen” to a while to put together. The stripes weren’t bad, maybe 10 minutes or less. But the Stars…? They took about 2-3 hours. (Half an hour to un-cross my eyes!) Each of the 50 stars are placed in the top blank – ONE at a time. The finish on the metal is not of Chrome , but of Rhodium. The finish on the wood is 12 layers of CA or Cyanoacrylate Glue (Super Glue). The sanded to 12,000 grit Micro-Mesh sandpaper, polished then with a fine plastic polish for a highly scratch resistant finish.

The 2nd person I showed it to…Bought it. (NO, I didn’t sell it any too cheaply either!)

Wow, Panama,

Better you than me!

Great looking pen, that’s for sure.

I hope all is well with you and your family.

Thats an amazing pen. Is it plastic or wood. Nice job.

Karson
It’s lazered out of Curly Maple, *If it came through maybe you can see the “cury” on the stripes at least(?).
