I made these finials on a legacy ornamental mill which shouldn’t be able to do this pattern on this shape. So I made a fixture to do this and it works (as you can see) very well.It has opened up many possibilities for this machine. However this can be done with their cnc model, but I did it with their manual model #900. I wasn’t sure how it would work, but when I tried it,it worked like a dream. These are for a front entry way.—It is so nice to work with mahogany. It cuts like butter and sands so easy.—-Love it!

When I first looked I wondered if you had done it on a legacy. I know you cannot do it on a 900, or any manual machine. You have my mind all a’twitter, as I have a legacy & have wanted to do stuff like this on bowls and round objects. Your entryway will look awesome with these!
