Router Table

I have had the top (made by Bench Dog) for some time. Added an incra miter slot to it as well as 2 TTracks with the built in rule. Makes setting the fence a breeze. The center column is also a dust collection shute. 12 draws for storage and after I add drawer pulls, my custom on/off switch (which controls my shop vac as well) and some casters we’ll call it done!

The cabinet is 3/4 birch from THD set over a solid maple base. Used my dadinator dado cutter to set up the base and back for the riser panels which seperate the drawer and center dust collection compartments as well as the left and right outer panels. Drawer faces are red oak dressed up with a roundover bit on the very table as I built it. Drawer boxes are 1/2 birch ply constructed with a good ole rabbet cut. Simple design which turned out very sturdy and ready to work.

That turned out great, like the design. Might want to drill a hole in the back and add dust collection.

Thanks guys. Should have mentioned the dust port at the bottom rear of the cabinet. It hooks my shop vac directly to the cabinet and allows it to pull all the debris down through the center compartment. Not shown is the big bench dog fence that I’ve also had for a while. It’s nice to finally have the whole thing together and work on some specific projects.
