These are toys I made for my grandson and a friends daughter. The design is from a magazine. I made one of the strum drums for a friend who’s young daughter is blind and she liked the feel, tone and vibrations so much she sleeps with it. Although simple to make this is the project I’m most proud.

Great stuff! Such fun and I like the story behind the drum. So great.

Very nice toys. In particular the drum has a nice story – as well as great executions and wood selections for all projects.

Top quality toys, with great choice of wood. The strum drum is something new to me so I was very interested to read the story.

G’Day Tim, They are 2 fine examples of the construction series in Wood magazine, well done.
I’m sure they will be played with for many year and being much enjoyment.
The music box is just beautiful, a very clever idea for the little girl, top marks.
Cheers from On Top DownUnder, crowie

PS – were did you source the plan for the music box please??
