a sturdy door was required for this so over the top i happily went…jambs and top rail are 120mm x 50mm…mid and bottom rail are 220mm..
joints are a combination of haunch mortise and tenon and bare faced tenon…all wedged and poly glued.. the panel is 18mm w.b.p ply…groves routed to give a t&g appearance.also extra vent holes..fixed into a rebate 18mm x35mm rebate and glued and screwed within a inch of its life…..also a chunky frame was made and fitted to complete the project.
