Got the idea from a few fellow lumber jocks and the “I can do that” series on popular woodworking’s website.
It’s finished with about 5 coats of aerosol shellac & 1 coat of paste wax. It’s made completely of red oak.
I decided to glue in the 3/4” dowels on the first go around…..once i realized they’d gone in too far I tried to pull it out….but the glue had already set…and one of the sides cracked in half! Thank heavens for pattern router bits!
Anyway, thanks for looking.
