A walnut sculpted box with Padauk accents. This is one I completed this past week.
I need to re-take my photos…sorry about the glare from the flash. I will take better photos and repost.

Greg, you have the sculpting down to a science – a beautiful science! I tried a couple of them, but mine didn’t come out nearly as good as yours :(

That one looks real nice with the Paduk contrast. You gonna post a pic of the inside too? :)

I may start calling you the Prince of Paduk. You seem to have a way with it and anyway I think Paduk must be big enough to warrant at least a Prince, maybe even a King. ;-)

shipwright…a good while back a made a all Padauk box and a friend who saw it started calling me the Padauk of Earl…still trying to figure that one out.

beautiful box, the contrast of the handle and the box colours adds great interest and appeal to such a finely sculpted box.

This one has hinges… I think I like the recessed lids . But you do both styles great.
