This is a flag and coin display I completed using some extra Red Oak pieces that I had. It can fit a 3×5 folded cotton flag. Top portion pieces are 12.25”. Groove for glass is 1/8” 3/8” deep. The five slots for coins were done on the table saw at a 10 degree angle. I had done several others in the past at different angles, and 10 degrees seems to look the best for viewing the challene coins. The recipient was very pleased. The flag portion is secured using 1&1/4” screws just in case the glass breaks.

Very Nice!

I like the idea of combining the challenge coins and flag.
