The frame is red oak joined with wedged through-tenons; top, side, and back panels are 5/8” T&G bamboo flooring; drawer faces are spalted maple on top and spalted beech below; the slider panels are patinated copper; and the finish is solvent lacquer.

Now they are pretty awesome my friend, i’m impressed. Great job and great choice of wood for the drawer fronts. Must have been a job in itself attempting to hunt down such wood.

This build looks really nice. Solid looking as well.

Nice job Clint! The combination of woods really work well together. I’m assuming that these are two separate pieces that are stacked, right?

Cal, they are sepapate. I designed two more pieces to stack on top, but never got around to making them. Maybe some day…..
