I thought I had better post a few pictures of things I’ve been working on lately so I don’t lose my membership to LJ’s ;o)

Some of the cutting boards I have made and sold to folks.

1 – Walnut, Jatoba and Bubinga
2 – Jatoba with Maple Accents
3 – Jatoba, Red Oak, Walnut
4 – Jatoba and Maple
5 – Jatoba and Maple (Large board)
6 – Jatoba, Maple, Cherry and Walnut

Nuttin fancy but I likes ‘em

Such a great job on all of them. I absolutely love the jatoba boards with the thin maple. I really like the subtle rounded shape. You’re getting pretty darn good at this.

don, what are the dimensions of the board with the center crosspieces? they look like they are face grain. very attractive board!!

Hey Wiser….the board measured ~14” x 14”. Actually, the only non-end grain was the Babinga and it was edge grain. The Walnut and Jatoba were end grain. Picked up a nice wide piece of Jatoba for this board.
