Step One: Obtain a unopened FULL barrel of aged Jack.
Step Two: using a shot glass, empty the barrel one shot at a time.
Step Three: Uh I forgot. (HIC!)
Nice Job! Do the two halves rotate “Lazy Susan” style? Or are they just bolted together?

The 2 halves swivel and the bottom has 5 casters for roll around ability.
