Hi
My daughter’s friend saw this in the making, liked it and so it has become his Christmas present.
It is 26cm at the front; 13cms at it’s highest and 14cms at it’s thickest point; Australian Red Cedar.
Here in Australia we take pride in being able to say Merry Christmas to all our fellow Australians of all races and creeds and beliefs, and all our friends throughout the world.

Very nice Tony, I made my dad a cane, it was my first cane to make, I’ll post pics of it in the project area. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

A real pleasure to look at, good wood, good grain, and the cut around the drawer is well done ( I find that’s the hard part)

Truely like the visual movement in the piece! What a fortunate friend your daughter has! When is a box not a box? When it is a piece of art. I’m glad I came across it. Found your name while looking for posts on Kintaro Yazawa. Kintaro is now on facebook w japanese conversion to english. :)
In my next email to him I will tell him I found your work.
A late Merry Christmas, and a better New Year!

What a lovely little box. Can I ask what blade size you used for this?
Thanks for posting,
Garry
