Thanks Mark Knauder and Kevin Neely for the Detail Ring!
I saw it on there websites and liked it.
Alot harder to make then one would think.
Purple heart
Yellow Heart \Peruvian walnut \ Hard maple
3 coats sanding sealer and 5 coats of deft semi gloss laquer in a spray can!
I was very impressed with the quaity of the finish. Bill Smith uses deft on his open segmented projects!
All questions and comments welcome!

Very nice quality piece. I’m generally not a big fan of turnings unless they represent a challenge. This definitely qualifies. Nice job
