Bob – I’ve had those cutting boards—- those are the ones I keep for myself! This one looks great though. Looks like you’re getting the hang of it.

I just completed a similar one and glued 2 sticks together at a time to avoid slippage. I had asked about using a pin nailer to hold the pieces while the glue set up and the general consensus seemed to be that using a glue board and slightly curved cauls would be sufficient. I agree that they do help significantly, but for joint tolerances as tight as required by a zigzag design, I wasn’t comfortable with that method. YMMV
