Custom Mail Box Post Custom Mail Box Post No-picture-s Click the pictures to enlarge them

I made this mail box post for my boss. It holds the 2 neighbor’s mail boxes also. Made of solid mahogany. The 2 halves are brought together by threaded rod and concealed inside the cross pieces. 2 feet of each post is cemented into the ground.

Wow. Talk about extreme mailboxes, this one certainly is. I can honestly say I have never seen a mahogany mailbox before these two posts. They are absolutely beautiful.

Nice job. What kind of finish did you use?
