Solid ash top, wrapped with a cherry nosing, with 45 degree beveled edge. Figured ashed apron with cherry accent on the bottom. Solid cherry legs with 45 degree bevel on all 4 sides, with figured ash cross braces. One pull out drawer with wood slides.
The table stands 24 inches high, 20 inches long, and 16 inches wide.

This is a wonderful table. I would have thought that the braces were tiger maple. This combination of woods works well.
With regards to the top, is the nosing glued to the ash?

Very nice, finish looks inviiting to the touch, I like the chamfers on the legs and top.

I’ve seen tables like this but not with solid tops. What is going to happen to those cherry miters when the top expands?

about the expansion…i’ll find out soon enough i’m sure, i have had the table for about a year now. the nosing is glued lamelloed.

I like the contrast in the wood selected. I also like that you didn’t use mechanical sliders, I’m really not a big fan of them.
