Hey All.

This is a little thank you gift for my wifes cousin. She gave me a bench that housed her three sm. dogs and her daughters large lab. (Sorry I didnt take a before picture) I have always admired the bench and when she moved out of state leaving the large dog with her daughter soon after loosing two of her dogs she gifted me the bench. I had to drive 22 hours round trip over Thanksgiving to retrive it and had a thanksgiving diner that could’nt be beat. Any way the bench was made of pecky cypress. It just was too big for my home and not suited for my animals two sm. dogs and three cats so I decided to reinvent it to suit my needs (See CatCondo in my projects) Soon to be posted.

So i wanted to thank her and the three name plates that were on the bench for here dogs came in handy as a rememberance in this box. The sides are the pecky cypress and the back is 1/4” ply to which I affixed a piece of sheet metal cover with a micro fiber covering. (for the magnets that are attached to the rear of the name plates and paw prints) A piece of 1/4” plate is attached to a portion of the top and slides nicely upward to allow access to the pictures.

Thanks for viewing

p.s. sorry for the horrible pictures the were taken in haste as I wanted to ship it for x-mas.

That’s a great idea, I’ll be she appreciates it as well.
