Pencil

This is the first pen/pencil that I have turned on the lathe I bought several months ago. The wood is Padauk, using a black pencil kit. The best part of turning this was that my 7 year old daughter was my assistant. She wants to turn a pen now for herself. Looking forward to the time with my daughter slinging sawdust.
