Small jewelry box I made for a Christmas gift. It is quarter sawn sycamore with Padauk accents, and splines. It has 3 levels, 2 of which are removable trays. Lined with adhesive felt from Rockler.

That is a nice looking box. Someone is going to be very happy. The Sycamore and Padauk go together very well. Is the Sycamore really that Orange? I have used very white Sycamore.

Don, you got the fool part right. : ) the sycamore I have been getting is very multicolored. It really has a large range, one of the reasons I like it. I think the lighting is making it appear a little more orange than it really is. I still got a few more to finish up, time is getting thin.
