The tables are gorgeous. You accented the grain nicely on the ambrosia maple. Very well done. The mirror frame is a unique design. I have never seen a frame like this.

Thanks for the post.

Perfect inlay work. Great attention to making the grain work as an organic element, not just wood. Show us more!

I think the hall table is my favorite of the three. I really like the design of the legs and feet. Almost looks like it could walk away!

Thanks Darryl,, they were a pain to make, way too many joints, dowles, and pins … The end result was nice, but I think its a one and done …...

complicated work this is. How do you keep your splayed legs joined? I did a style similar to this back in the summer on a Hymn Number board, and so I am curious as to how you solved the engineering issues.

way to go!

Thanks Mark, These legs were a lot of work,,, They were made using a lot of dowles and through pins.. if you look at the leg joins close, you can see where I put small through dowles righ throught the point where the internal dowles intersect. this added both strength and a decorative look.. But it was a lot of work more than 40 dowles, and 2 pins through each ….. looking back on it,, “I think Im crazy” ... (-:
