I travel to Arizona in a motorhome and spend the winters there. I built a dashboard tray to handle things like GPS , maps and snacks while traveling. Once I have parked this tray doubles as a printer stand. It sets just right of the steering wheel and is very accessible and handy. The dashboard on the motorhome slopes towards the windshield and is very deep, thus when something slides to the front it is difficult to reach it without getting out of the seat. I constructed this out of good grade plywood which is not the best material but it turned out pretty well.
