Welcome! Very interesting work. How about providing more information regarding the equipment and software used to design and create this art work? Did you build the CNC, etc.

I agree with everything that Ron said. I’d like to add, welcome to the Lumberjock Family.

Interesting work, the wood grain is definitely in sympathy with the form.

I gotta wonder… was she so ugly that you had to cut her head off? If you don’t show her head, then this is nothing but porn on a family friendly site.

Nice work Hux, its like the female version of Han Solo being frozen. Rance this is not porn this is art. What would be the difference if you saw her head?

Hello Hux, Welcome aboard!Great looking piece (no pun intended), No really, nice work and great job on building your own cnc router table! Would really like to see more work and here/see more about the cnc machine. If you can please post pics on its construction as I have tempered the idea of building one of my own. Hope to do so soon if funds appear! :0)

Very nice. You have combined two of the most beautiful things in the word, walnut grain and the female body. Without the head she is “Every Woman.” Awesome work. Keep it up. Rance – open your eyes and enjoy the world we have been given.

yes i love walnut too, unfortunately when i turn this on first try it was failed on much beter textured walnut. Growth rings gracefully passed through the body. I think the another try wil be the best…
