We bought a custom Winslow dining table from Room and Board for a pretty penny, instead of buying the bench for $1000, I decided to build my own. Material is walnut, same as the dining table. I tried to replicate the look of the dining table in terms of look and joint. I attempted my first hand mortise and tenon joint for this bench and think things turn out okay. I finished with Sam Maloof poly / oil and oil / wax finish.

Nice bench. It compliments your table.

Blends well with the table.
