Made this with poplar. I modified the trim and bottom
but the original design is referred to as an Narrow Amish Cabinet.
Size is 16×11x48.
Finished it with several coats of General Finishes milk paint.
Had fun with the cope and stick door. The shelves are fixed.
Fun project.

Nice work.I’ve heard of these cabinets referred to as chimney cabinets too.

where can I get the furniture plan for this? I would like to make it and can’t find them anywhere. I know they are sometimes called chimney cabinets – I don’t want it 80” tall more like 54-60”
