Shop Shelf

I bought a new small sander and needed a larger shelf.
I have been doing some laminating lately and thought I would do another for the shop.
I grabbed a 2×4 (fir) and a fence board (cedar) that I had and started cutting.
What suprised me was how good the contrasing colors looked between the cedar and fir.
I put a finish of Zar Ultra on it. Most people who see the shelf say it looks too good for the shop but at under $4.00 for materials and scrap left over, it’s OK…........

Thanks for notice’n….............

I think that is too pretty to be in a shop. Nice work.

Very good way to get the job done!

I wish I had wall space for something like that… my walls are all taken up… with something… :(
