Bar for a friend

This is a bar I recently made for my friends parents. It has birch raised panels on the front, and open cabinets inside with a single bank of drawers. The stain is called espresso, they wanted it really dark. The pictures didn’t turn out as well as id hoped they would, its a rather dark in te=he basement and the dark stain on the birch didn’t help it any, surprisingly though having the dark panels doesn’t darken and close in the room like I thought it would. Their happy with the end result so I’m happy as well. Now all thats left to do is to take it on its maiden voyage.

Gorgeous, Chris!

How did you make the molding around the top edge?

Lew, I didnt make the moulding, I’m lucky enough to work in a custom moulding and millwork shop so i had one of the guys there make it for me, you can macke something very similar to it on the table saw though.
