These are two little boxes made as gifts for friends. All the wood (maple and walnut) came from the scrap bin.

Excellent work. More proof that the “Scrap Bin” should be renamed the “Small Project Materials Bin”.....

To BritBoxmaker: The boxes are 5” square and about 2-1/2” tall without the lids. There’s a little variation, just because the wood from the “small projects bin” was not uniform in size.

Nice boxes. I too like the using of scraps. I’ve recently started working my way through my scraps, unfortunately most of it is pine.
