Reel storage as the result

As for the reel storage, I decided to make with a sort of “Nature ” flagrance .
You may notice that there are several flaws of the design and execution.
During the process, I made some very severe mistakes.
To cover up these, I changed the original design and finally came up with this.
Curly maple for the box, sandal wood for the bar and dove tail key, and the lid is made of …......
oh, ,,,my poor English vocabulary,,,,, Please let me look up Wiki,,
Wiki says that the lumber is Japanese horse chestnut , similar species in the USA is California Buckeye.
Pure linseed oil is used for the finish. it took 8 days to dry..

Very nice! You do need more reels- you can never have too many reels and rods to go with them.
