Very nice looking job there. I especially like to see items made from inexpensive wood like pine that turn out looking this good.
I have an old book called “Woodworkers 30 Best Projects” published in the 1980’s. It has plans for a similar item, which it calls a ”Gossip Bench.” Not sure how PC that would be nowadays, but I think it is an interesting sounding name for a piece of furniture.
