We finished and installed this door last week. It is a replica of the original door when the house was built. Everybody that worked on this door did an amazing job. Thanks John for the opportunity!

we used a custom color TE stain (that we pigmented) , 4 coats of nitro-vinyl sealer, and 4 coats of Pro-Line Poly-urethane based clear lacquer. We added sheen flatening agent to reduce it to 25 degrees.

That is very good work, I love seeing old homes put back to original even if its just the main door. Congrats

Wow, that will be one of my favorite projects to attempt. I think I will start with interior doors first though. Nothing like having solid wood doors throughout the home.
