Christmas gift project #2. Spice rack for the new Chef made from recycled barn-board.
All white pine Barn Board that was part of a interior demo job I did a few years back (still have lots left)
All pieces were ripped on the Bandsaw to 1/2” thk. All dado’s & Dovetails are cut by hand (pine is so easy to do that it is almost easier than setting-up any saws). Backing is 1/4” white ceder (also left over) Bought the bottles on line and designed around their size, I should say designed on the fly. Mixed-up my own stain to match what was all ready on the boards, it was more like a wash and applied 1 coat of clear sealer.
