ANOTHER PROJECT ALMOST COMPLETE. The only thing lacking is the general necessity TOILET PAPER of course made from wood and the flush handle. I figured with out a flush handle I probably shouldn’t put toilet paper in it.
The first picture is the beginning raw wood cut outs prior to sanding and assembly. I began with a 10” piece of Oak and managed to get three toilets out of it.
Good friend and Lumber jocks buddy made one of these for my wife. Had it setting in the bathroom and two of my Children/son-in-law/Daughter in law feel in love with it so I am making them for Christmas gifts.
After cutting, sanding, staining and assembling it turned out well. Few minor errors but for the 1st one not to bad.
Staining is Csar 120 Teak wood, finish with Minwax Polyurethane clear gloss.
